Video notes and transcripts

• Video notes: a round video message of up to a minute, recorded with the front camera. In the Android app, press + beside where you type and choose Video note.
• Transcripts: press Transcribe under a voice note and it's written out as text on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere to do it, and the text stays on that device.

The first time you transcribe, the app downloads the speech model it needs (about 75 MB, once).

Transcripts work in the Android app. The Windows app can write out only some voice notes, and the browser can't.
